As Resemble’s Growth Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute a growth strategy to help us scale. We are looking for somebody with an entrepreneurial mindset who is passionate about the entire customer journey.

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams to establish growth strategies.
• Create a pipeline of deals by following up and closing on leads generated by inbound and outbound campaigns.
• Manage all social media platforms, and SEO.
• Execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
• Track, measure, and report on growth experiment findings.
• Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Growth, Sales, and Marketing Roles in high growth organizations.
• Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
• Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability.
• Experience in using CRM, Customer Support, and marketing automation platforms.
