Position Impact

As Gogoro Software Program Manager, you will be defining, prioritizing, and driving the programs and software roadmap to accelerate us towards our business goals. You'll actively build your internal and external partnerships, collaborating with the best in the business to take ideas from nothing to world-changing products.

Our Software Program Manager is a leader who moves quickly, with focused determination to get things done, breaking down complex problems to make data-driven decisions that best serve customers. Responsible for the timely and successful delivery of systems, making tradeoffs, and taking smart risks to optimize rewards.


Responsibility and Expectation

1.Meet with and understand the internal or external customers’ business expectations and future initiatives in order to define and create innovative solutions for Gogoro Business model.

2.Work with the business units to understand the needs of their customers and help determine how Gogoro Software System or product can address them.

3.Communicate business units’ needs and market shifts internally, aligning short-term and long-term product plans and strategies.

4.Apply lessons learned from win/ loss analysis to incorporate this feedback into the system and product roadmap.

5.Establish the software system and product mission, goals, and supporting business metrics and indicators for success, including the new features with specs, wireframes and product/system flows.

6.Consistent record of leading strategic programs, combined with the ability to deliver multiple projects with amazing results on schedule.

7.Collaborate across functions, including engineering, UX designs, Sales, Customer Services, to successfully launch and scale our software system and products. At the same time, communicate progress to all stakeholders, ensuring that team members are kept up to date with the latest status of the development


Qualification

1.Bachelor or Master degree in EE/Computer Science/MIS or related Engineering fields with at least 5 years of related experience.

2.Experience managing technical products or online services, launching start to finish consumer-facing online/ retail services /after-sales services to prove success launching complex the software projects that deliver high-impact outcomes

3.Be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy and ever-changing environment.

4.A strong technical background, and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
