    About Inflow
    We are Inflow - a well funded digital health company on a mission to enable every person with ADHD reach their full potential. We believe ADHD treatment should be affordable and easily accessible and a digital cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) app provides an effective solution for those that may otherwise be unable to access treatment. We help people with ADHD manage their symptoms through CBT techniques and strategies utilising technology to improve upon and replace interactions with a therapist.

    About the Role
    We’re looking for a marketing manager to help us market our app to people with ADHD. You are a storyteller who loves creating messaging, telling stories and delivering campaigns across paid, owned and earned communications channels to drive sales and engagement. As our sixth team member, you will be key to the development of the company and will have the ability to grow with the fast-paced and dynamic company as well as see your hard work come to life as we build a scale product for our users. The most important characteristics are that you can wear many hats across the marketing and communications spectrum and that you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Developing an integrated communications strategy for the company incorporating PR, Marketing and Online
    • You must have experience in building partnerships and relationships to build some buzz around a brand
    • Communication skills are your strength and you’re capable of drafting short-form and long-form copy that builds excitement and desire. You’ll be supported by the founders where necessary
    • Experiment in order to prove out with new channels prior to scaling: e.g. Affiliates, Partnerships, Direct Mail
    • Build multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand sentiment and user growth
    • Growing and managing our community through our social media and leading our social media strategies

    About you

    • 4+ years of experience, some of it in a hyper-growth direct to consumer startup
    • Experience working with teams of commercial people, researchers, designers and developers
    • You’re a storyteller with excellent communication skills
    • A deep understanding of ADHD is a plus
    • University Degree: 2:1 and above
    • Fluent written and spoken English
    • A high value for diversity of thought and experience
