    Position

    At Accellion, we are focused on building solutions that enable millions of users to securely share files with the outside world. Our platform provides enterprise security and governance over content exchange, prevents data leaks, and protects against malicious cyber-attacks.

    We are looking for a Software Delivery Manager who is decisive and driven, with a proven track record in delivering enterprise software. You have managed project and feature delivery end-to-end through the entire software development life cycle and are passionate about agile project management and building great software. You want to take on a challenging leadership role as the next step in your career.

    To succeed in this role, the Software Delivery Manager should have a solid understanding of agile project management principles and a delivery-focused approach while continuously managing stakeholder expectations, along with strong technical acumen and excellent communications skills.

    This position is based in our Singapore office; only Singapore citizens and permanent residents will be considered.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, monitor, and ensure continuous delivery of the company’s enterprise software product used by millions of users around the world.
    • Coordinate product releases from initiation through implementation, including phases such as specification, resource allocation, design, testing, continuous integration, and going live at a sustainable pace.
    • Manage release plans and maintain the release schedule, ensuring alignment across Product Management, Engineering, and QA functional heads, as well as other key stakeholders.
    • Monitor project progress and deliver status reports, timelines, issues, risks, and action items to stakeholders.
    • Handle resource adjustment and shifting priorities during the development process while ensuring the timely and high-quality aspects of delivery.
    • Expertise in communicating across organizational levels and with cross-functional teams located in different time zones to drive shared vision.
    • Capable of resolving blockers at early stages to maintain project flow.
    • Discover opportunities for automation and other process improvements, then socialize and initiate improvements.
    • Facilitate good agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews & retrospectives.
    • Champion and proactively inspire the adoption of key engineering excellence practices, including root cause analysis, reflection, code reviews, continuous integration, and automation.

    Requirements

    • A bachelor’s or master’s degree is required (computer science is preferred).
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the enterprise software space.
    • Proven track record delivering successful software product development projects using agile and scrum project principles.
    • Passion for Accellion’s space and mission.

    Additional Desired Skills

    • Scrum certification.
    • Demonstrated curiosity and ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of complex enterprise software.
    • Experience in projects related to security products.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
