DomainTools is seeking an amazing Software Developer to join our Production Support Team! We are looking for a master problem solver with full-stack experience. Our Production Support Team take ownership of urgent issues. They facilitate, research and deliver code fixes across all of our systems. Your role is to focus on our customer experience and work closely with our Account Managers, Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure services interoperability, and increase consistency to directly improve the customer’s experience. 

Our team’s vision is to create a self-service, GitOps driven, developer-centric platform that allows for continuous integration and deployment of our world-class security applications to our hybrid AWS environment. We are curating a list of best in class tools while building what is missing to make getting our jobs done easier and deliver exemplary developer tooling.

· Full-stack experience: 2+ years

· Professional development experience using Python, GoLang or equivalent languages: 2+ years

· Cloud infrastructure experience in AWS, Docker and Kubernetes: 2+ years

· Web-scale data engineering experience using MySQL, NoSQL, Hive, Spark: 3+ years

· Linux/Unix experience: 3+ years

· Positive customer-centric attitude 

· Attention to detail & high-quality results

· Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Ability to coordinate across varied teams and departments
