    The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for equipping the customer-facing teams with the knowledge, tools, content, resources and proper instruction on the use of the same, to be efficient and effective. Success in this role will result in timely day to day support for the sales organization, a better prepared BDR and AE community, faster time to productivity, increase in close rates, increase in competitive win rate, and higher revenue per headcount. This individual will network with appropriate associates from other departments including Marketing, Product, Sales Enablement, Finance, Legal and Customer Success to ensure a constant feedback loop that provides information essential to continuous improvement of revenue growth.

    What you’ll do:

    • Coordinate with sales leadership and executive management to define sales metrics and KPI’s, along with analytics pertaining to the business
    • Enforce pipeline management best practices, and metrics to enable sales teams and sales managers best practices
    • Help define sales strategy and key sales support systems including segmentation, coverage, and job design required for rapid growth of the business
    • Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales teams and coordinate with other departments as required to deliver reporting needs
    • Working closely with Marketing to manage and facilitate the lead funnel handoff
    • Conduct research and be primary point of ownership for evaluating how new tools could increase sales effectiveness
    • Provide analytical thought leadership, create actionable business insights, and establish strategic operational priorities for the Sales team
    • Be the primary person to maintain and administer Salesforce, Outreach.io, Connectandsell and 6 Sense
    • Work with sales leadership in rolling out compensation plans and quota assignments
    • Data analysis to help designate territory assignments and segmentation

    Desired Qualities and Skills:

    • 3 – 7 years prior experience in Sales Operations/Revenue Operations/Sales Management role
    • Prior experience in software SaaS highly preferred
    • Sales, Finance, or Management consulting experience preferred
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator 201 preferred
    • Highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative orientation
    • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and strong sense of ownership and urgency, organizational and time management skills, with a proactive mindset
    • Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment, often with changing priorities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
