The Strategic Account Manager will manage large enterprise accounts, ensure client success and drive steady growth in those relationships. To excel in this role, you should not only manage the needs of our key clients, but also strengthen those relationships by anticipating new challenges and opportunities. Ideal candidates should have experience in account management / customer success or enterprise sales, preferably some experience in both domains.
Job Responsibilities
Own and grow key account relationships to maximize value for our customers
Drive the initial implementation and subsequent utilization of our market-leading program management solutions
Cultivate strong relationships with key customer contacts and other client stakeholders, including local trade allies who support our customers’ programs
Serve as the “voice of the customer” within our team
Deliver and execute world-class account management processes and best practices

Ekotrope develops software that makes it easy to design energy efficient homes. Our market leading Home Energy Rating Software is used in 1 in 5 new homes built in the US each year.
We are a customer-centric company that believes our success is predicated on our customers’ success. Our clients include home energy raters who work with home builders to help design more energy efficient homes and then inspect and certify those homes. We also help utilities streamline their energy efficiency programs (e.g., Mass Save). To date, most of our work has been focused on low-rise single and multi-family homes but we are now expanding to provide solutions for existing homes and larger multi-family buildings.
