At Actuate, we build AI software that turns any camera into a smart camera for threat detection, building management, and defense applications.

Our AI technology analyzes data from existing cameras in real-time to detect weapons, intruders, social distancing masks, crowds, and where people travel in any environment. The system surfaces key events and trends through instant alerts and an analytics UI that allows organizations to understand how people flow through their facilities and pin-point issues.

We leverage cutting-edge computer vision algorithms for object detection on a hyper-scale cloud backend, and we provide analytics to our customers without collecting any personally identifiable information.

We're looking for a skilled Product Manager to own Voice of Customer. This is an end-to-end product ownership position: The role will involve hands-on participation in customer discussions and systems design with the goal of developing product roadmaps and businesses processes to enable the company to scale rapidly. As such, the ideal candidate will be skilled in strategic thinking, program design, customer relationship management, and system design.

Requirements:

4+ years total experience as a Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, Product Marketing Manager or similar role in a technology organization
Strong understanding of IT systems configuration and architecture
Strong interest in AI and startups

Experience with the following is a plus:

Process design for sales and engineering
Customer relationship management
Agile development methods
Advanced degree (MBA or Masters in Computer Science)
