What We’re Looking For:
As an analyst at Lotto.com, you will have a combination of qualitative and quantitative skill sets. You will derive insights for the marketing and finance teams in order to drive actionable insights about the business with knowledge of financial reconciliation and business intelligence.
What You’ll Do:
Create, modify and evolve models and data visualizations to better understand and explain the day to day performance of various marketing and financial KPIs
Identify and present opportunities to improve business opportunities and performance
Develop quantitative analysis, ad hoc reports, and statistical models to support marketing decisions related to: marketing spend efficiency, user lifetime value, user engagement & retention, and return on investment
Build and maintain BI tools to make informed decisions quickly while empowering others cross functionally to have information readily accessible
Manage monthly bank reconciliations, general ledger account analysis and input review and reconcile Accounts payable and Receivables
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in a highly numerate major (Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer science etc.) or relevant experience in data and/or business analysis
Minimum 1+ years of experience in an analytics role
Strong personal, organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast paced startup environment with tons of ambiguity
Experience with developing and maintaining databases
Background in data warehouse design
Proficiency in SQL and Excel required, experience with Python or R desirable
Strong problem solving skills, allied with track record of transforming data into actionable business insight
Familiarity with data visualization tool and experience using visualizations to convey business impact
Passion for telling stories with data, both written and verbal
Strong understanding of finance, digital marketing, strategy and measurement
Proficiency utilizing Google workspace
AWS & Streaming processing is a plus
Software development (Scala or Java, Git. JavaScript and Python are a plus)
