Technical Product Manager - Glean｜Meet.jobs

The first TPM at Glean will have shared ownership of getting Glean to Product Market Fit with the support of the entire team. You’ll spend your time with our customers, using our technology and helping define the vision and tactical roadmap for the product.
Glean’s TPM will be the voice of the customer and spend most of their time with customers and relaying your firsthand context to the team. You will give product demo’s, join and lead sales calls and conduct user research. You’ll be an expert in getting the most value out of Glean and have a strong intuition for the strengths and gaps in the product. You’ll help figure out our goto market and will spend 50% of your time on product marketing and customer development.

About you:

• You’re self-motivated and constantly driving the product and the vision of the company forward
• You have excellent written and verbal communication
• You have strong analytical skills, strong knowledge of SQL

Nice-to-have:
• You have design skills and familiarity with Figma or willingness to learn
• You have coding / scripting experience or willingness to learn
