Job Resnposibilities
- The role is responsible for ensuring customer service are delivered to our customers all the time and via every communication channel.
- Respond to customer enquiries via several channels (Chat and Email), provide information regarding products/services and other related enquiries.
- To provide service excellence so as to develop and maintain customer loyalty.
- Assist supervisor to work on project, handle any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in customer service, preferably in finance industry or e-commerce.
- Excellent listening, speaking, reading, writing skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient user of office systems, both customer service specific and windows package.
- Confident, articulate, hardworking and passionate.
- Ability to exceed customer expectations.
