Lead Software Engineer (PHP, Laravel, Vue.JS) - Aloware｜Meet.jobs

Our Engineering team is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to grow with us as we work towards our company’s goals.

Responsibilities:
Work as a the lead of an agile team to enhance and improve software written in the following languages: Laravel, VueJS, PHP
Design and present projects to improve current process and overall platform.
Develop the backend for our Applications according to specs.
Support our clients in troubleshooting, betterment, and enhancements of our applications.
Experience in managing a production environment with a high workload.
Deliver high quality, sustainable, maintainable code.
Lead the engineering team and mentor other developers as needed.

Requirements:
LAMP expert (demonstrable experience)
Laravel framework for the backend and VueJS for the frontend
Strong knowledge of Laravel, VueJS frameworks, WebSockets
Able to follow specs, MVC pattern, and common Laravel principles
Familiar with AWS, distributed queues, Redis caching
Fluent in Git & Linux terminals
Bonus:
Any experience with Voice over IP (VoIP) and Twilio is a huge plus
Familiar with AWS environment
Familiar with Apache Cordova and Hybrid applications
