Logistics Manager - Interblock Gaming｜Meet.jobs

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee the movement, distribution and storage of materials for the organization. The Logistics Manager will control the process flow of incoming and outgoing materials to ensure internal and external customers receive products in a timely manner.

Develop new strategies to streamline processes , maximize efficiency and minimize cost.
Perform metrics reporting to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
Manages and monitors the selection of carriers and third-party services and will be primary contact to negotiate contracts and rates
Schedule all product distribution and coordinate shipment for all locations
Ensure all shipments comply with interstate traffic laws, compliance, & regulations
Respond to shipping complaints, lost items, and damages
Determine needs for expansion of routes and schedules
Supervise and manage day to day activities of the logistics team
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with company processes
Collaborate with key regional operational leaders globally to understand logistics network and recommend improvements.
Help create and manage logistics budget
Review and analyze budgets, expenditures, and operations

Qualifications for Logistics
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation
5+ years working in logistics and/or warehouse
2+ years of supervisory experience
Gaming manufacturing experience desired
Ability to prepare reports for upper management
Able to act decisively to resolve problems
Able to communicate with all levels of employees and management
Strong team player
Dependable with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to manage and coach team
Exceptional organizational skills
