Role.

• You will report directly the Chief Technology Officer.
• You will develop and own the the User Experience vision for Anmut.
• You will be responsible for bringing new ideas, innovation and thinking to keep the Anmut product ahead of the pack.
• You will lead all aspects of User Experience, User Interfaces and Visual Design for Anmut.
• You will collaborate with our clients, our leadership, consultants, data scientists and product team and be responsible for applying an efficient process across multiple stakeholders to take us from new ideas through decision making and into implementation.
• You will develop a cohesive UX strategy, establish UX processes and implement approaches to allow us to continue to improve usability, applying a research driven methodology.

Requirements.

• Experience leading end-to-end UX design responsibilities for complex business processes
• At least 5+ years of UX Design or equivalent design roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Computer Design or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with market leading applications and tools used for UX design.
• Skilled at collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Able to work effectively across in a dynamic and expanding team.
• Able to manage and execute the work required.
• Able to perform effectively when the direction is not fully defined…
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate and articulate ideas, vision and outcomes.

Additional desirable knowledge and experience
• Previous experience with UX design from scratch.
• Working in a dynamic start-up environment.
• Work in the field of data management and data governance.

On passing initial screening the process is as follows:

1. 60min phone interview with our CTO and Lead Developer.
2. Technical assessment/case study.
3. Interview with Solutions Architect and CEO.
