Strategy Management Associate - Tokenix｜Meet.jobs

We are currently seeking for an associate to help us with strategy management. You will be one of the first hires on the business side in a fast growing FinTech team that is working with a leading traditional financial service group to revolutionize the financial services space, especially for digital banking.

We want to find someone who is passionate about banking and has certain level of knowledge, familiarity and experience with digital assets. You will work very closely with the management team to research, build, review and enhance our business strategy. You will also have to constantly liase with the engineering team to ensure that our product development is fully aligned with our strategy.

Innovation in and disruption of one of the oldest industries cannot be achieved in a short-term. Therefore, we are only looking for ambitious yet dedicated team player that seek for a long-term career path to grow together with the company.

Duties

• quantitative and qualitative business research
• business plan, presentation deck or sales & marketing content generation
• participate and taking notes in management, product and sales meetings

Skillset

• analytical skills & logical mindset
• a true team player with the willingness to work hard and learn new things
• professional written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
• exceptional organisation and prioritization skillsets to multi-task in a rapidly changing business environment

Qualification

• 2 or more years of experience in banking, consulting, management trainee or legal background
• Having project or product management experience on the business side

Remuneration

• fair monetary compensation with potential upside in forms of equity and commission
