    WATI.io is WhatsApp-first CRM, to increase sales and reduce customer support costs. By using centralized company WhatsApp number, companies use WATI.io to automate sales conversations, and escalate to agents replying on-the-go.

    WATI.io is growing its customer base and now serving businesses from over 20+ countries. We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join the team.

    What you will do:

    • Provide online demo to the prospective clients
    • Organize Webinar for new product updates
    • Onboarding new clients to use the platform
    • Maintain a high level of customer response and satisfaction
    • Provide constructive suggestions upon day-to-day customer relationship management to perfect user experience
    • Serve as the escalation point for any items within the account
    • Support the billing and invoice process

    What we are looking for:

    • Strong verbal and written communications skills in English, Cantonese or Foreign languages (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, etc)
    • Strong organization and follow-up skills with attention to details
    • Track record of high performance and extremely satisfied customers
    • Experience with SaaS is preferred
    • Internship experience relevant to sales operations and/or customer service with start-up would be a plus
