Maximus is looking for a Head of Operations to lead our eCommerce, supply chain, and customer support operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented operator with sharp analytical skills and experience managing sophisticated operations at an eCommerce, telemedicine, or consumer services company. This can be or grow into a Chief Operating Officer (COO) role for the right person who wants to be on a senior leadership team of a top venture-backed startup.

Responsibilities:
- Own responsibility for Maximus’s supply chain and eCommerce operations to ensure both a superior customer experience while staying in compliance with state and federal regulations and laws governing telemedicine.
- Identify and lead relationships with key external vendors and partners.
- Manage and coordinate logistics to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve costs, outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay on top of applicable legal / regulatory rules while delivering top notch customer experience.
- Manage Maximus’s customer support operations to assist customers with issues that may arise
- Create and institute customer support procedures to handle inbound customer questions and complaints.
- Track KPIs to measure and, ultimately, improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency.
- Generate insights from customer support interactions that can improve company processes and product.
- Collaborate with the broader Maximus team to align operations with other vital company functions.
- Work with other functions (i.e. product, community, marketing, etc.) to define and execute on a world-class customer experience.
- Leverage operational analytics and insights on vendors / supply chains to deliver impactful recommendations on product, process, or policy improvements that will improve customer experience, costs, and/or quality.

Experience:

Industry: 3+ years of operations leadership experience at eCommerce, telemedicine, or consumer services company.

Supply Chain / Logistics: Demonstrated ability to handle complex, multi-vendor, multi-step operations while achieving high quality and cost improvements.

Communication: Refined communication skills with proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
