    Our team and the role we are hiring for

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Senior UI/UX Designer to join our Product team to work on large scale, complex system that brings innovation to healthcare. You’ll be working in a fast-growing team and work closely with product, engineering and stakeholders to turn user needs into practical solutions.

    We are looking for a UI/UX designer to help us create design solutions that address business and user needs by considering the end to end user experience. The role of a UI/UX Designer is to envision how people experience our products, you’ll take complex tasks and transform them into easy to use end user design. 

    The ideal candidate will have strong ownership, good communication skills, enjoy working in highly collaborative and fast paced environments.

    This role reports directly to the Head of Product

    Responsibilities

    • Understanding target users deeply; developing or working from user profiles and conducting task analysis, creating user scenarios or user stories
    • Define conceptual, execute UX flows, prototype, participate or conduct usability testing, create high-fidelity design and support engineering team during implementation
    • Adopting the agile methodology and work with the team to develop, test, analyse and iterate the design with the end objectives and key results in mind
    • Establishing and promoting user experience process, guidelines, best practices and standards
    • Any other adhoc duties assigned when appropriate. 

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Design or related fields with a minimum of 7 years UIUX experience design for consumer facing applications across digital platforms (mobile, web, interactive platforms).
    • A digital portfolio that demonstrates the design process
    • Understanding of the design system
    • Familiar with user research
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development process would be advantageous
    • Deeply familiar with user-centric design principles, methods and the process
    • Proficiency in design and prototype tools such as Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop and InVision
    • Good communication skills (oral, written, and listening) in order to articulate user experience design issues effectively, including presenting and justifying design thinking and rationale through key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders
