    We are looking for a highly-creative, self-motivated individual to join us as VP of Growth. You will take ownership of improving the full funnel, using various user acquisition strategies and optimizing retention. We’re looking for someone in tune with our product and target audience. It’s a major plus if you are familiar with or are apart of communities like /r/wallstreetbets, PredictIt, and understand Robinhood trader dynamics. It’s even better if you’re already a Polymarket user/community member and active in our Discord or Telegram. With Polymarket, we intend to explore many new niches for market topics, and you should be able to handle distribution of these markets into new communities and target audiences.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Testing and managing various user acquisition channels (paid and unpaid).
    • Managing ad spend + influencer marketing
    • A/b testing copy, ads, product, onboarding, etc. to optimize funnel
    • Designing and managing referral and affiliate programs + viral loops
    • User segmentation and DRIP campaigns + email automation
    • Analyzing reach and effectiveness of existing markets on Polymarket + identifying new opportunities for markets
    • Deep understanding of the product, drop-offs, limitations, on and off boarding, etc
    • Collaborating with other team members who specialize in product, content, and existing marketing
    • Conveying performance data and KPIs clearly to leadership
    • (Plus) Writing content and copy (newsletters, blog posts, ad copy)
    • (Plus) Manage social media
    • (Plus) Very up to date on current events
    • (Plus) Customer service
    • (Plus) PR, media and journalist relationships

    Experience:

    • Expertise with all domains listed in responsibilities
    • Prior similar position with successful track record of growing a product
    • Understanding of Polymarket and information markets in general
