    Ana Luisa is looking for a results-driven Talent acquisition & Retention Manager to oversee all recruitment needs while developing recruiting & onboarding policies and processes. You will be responsible for finding and hiring the best talents and keeping our employees happy and engaged. This role will report into the founders.

    What you’ll do:

    • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for our key positions in a timely manner
    • Develop and implement company-wide hiring & onboarding processes and procedures
    • Proactively increase recruitment channels by onboarding the right ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
    • Partner with Executive Management on determining recruitment needs and salary budgets, managing headcount plans, progress to hiring goals, and all operational metrics
    • Design talent management strategies for performance review, learning opportunities, team satisfaction, etc.
    • Maintain and grow the Employee Satisfaction rate, track and analyze data to define actions and ensure the team happiness
    • Coach and train managers on interviewing best practices
    • Build and grow the HR team

    Our gold candidate has...

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent preferred, MBA a plus
    • 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a start-up environment
    • 2-3 years supervisory experience. Must possess strong people development skills
    • Proven track record of developing recruitment policies and procedures
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to utilize analytical thinking to diagnose business challenges and identify hiring trends
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
