    Job Descriptions :

    • Lead the Public Relations and Communications function as part of Halodoc Marketing group with the mission of building and maintaining positive public image as well as maximizing brand presence on various channels. 

    • Provide strategic public relations counsel to company executives. 

    • Responsible of all official messaging from Halodoc Group, including but not limited through public media channels, press releases to social media messages and events.

    • Lead the establishment, coordination and relationship maintenance with the industry, media, community, public groups and other relevant stakeholders. 

    • Define, track and report on PR and communications KPIs. 

    • Secure brand press coverage in relevant top tiers print, digital and broadcast media with the aim of creating positive impact. 

    • Lead crisis management communications activities on both proactive and passive manners as necessary. 

    • Lead and manage external PR and Communications agency. 

    • Oversee and ensure that the devised and approved communications strategy is implemented efficiently and effectively in alignment of all business units. 

    • Work closely with Halodoc Council to create consistency of message across activities. 

    • Brief internal spokespersons to ensure the delivery of consistent company’s messages in a credible way

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism preferred 

    • 8+ years of experience of managing PR/Corporate Communications function and/or communications consultant/agency 

    • Demonstrated experience in building, conceptualizing and executing integrated PR communications campaigns 

    • Experience in handling issue and/or crisis and is able to provide strategical and tactical insights from the communications perspective 

    • Possesses strong relationships with mainstream corporate and consumer media outlets • Ability to propose, lead and drive projects, and navigate through multiple business perspectives 

    • A natural team player, with a strong track record of cross-functional leadership and partnership 

    • Experience of advising a senior management team and/or board of directors 

    • Fluent across all offline and digital channels - Strong understanding of roles of different channels 

    • Experience in managing, developing and growing teams - an inspiring leader 

    • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize information in a high-level way to communicate key points to internal and externally; both in Bahasa and English 

    • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously
