QA Tester - XREX｜Meet.jobs

A Blockchain-focused technology startup is seeking a Software QA Tester with the following requirements:

Assess software quality through manual testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.
In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly.

[Responsibilities]
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Execute test cases and analyze results
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

[Requirements]
Must have:
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of bug tracking software (e.g. GitHub)
- Demonstrable grasp of blockchain/crypto-related topics
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong organizational skills

Good to Have:
- Experience in project management and QA is a plus
- Experience with Cryptocurrency trading and Fintech applications is a plus
- Experience with web development is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology/Management or Certificate in Project Management is a plus


This is an entry-level position. The QA Tester will be working closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams to continually test and incrementally improve the user experience. The required candidate must have a proven track record indicating an ability to perform under pressure, simultaneously handle multiple tasks, and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
