Responsibilities:
- Offering high level technical support for Positive Grid users
- Social Media feedback management
- App Store rating/feedback management
- Live chat support
- Optimizing the Help Center to offer the most efficient support for our customers
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience of customer support or sales representative
-Having experiences of WeChat support or other China support platforms is preferred
- Good communicating/writing skill in English
- The ability to think out of the box, creative thinking for resolving an issue/problem
- Knowledge of DAWs like Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Studio One, Cubase, Ableton...etc.
- Knowledge of guitar gear like guitar amps, effects..etc.
- A guitar/bass player is preferred.
