Elixir/Phoenix Backend Engineer - Bazaa｜Meet.jobs

As a core member of our engineering team, the Backend Engineer will build scalable solutions to power next generation, real-time e-commerce stores using Phoenix and the latest web standards.

Must be willing to relocate to Singapore.

Key Qualifications

- Strongly opinionated about web app architecture

- Highly competent with Elixir, Phoenix and PostgreSQL

- Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (React, AngularJS, Backbone) a bonus

- Able to work in an agile, fast-moving startup

- Understands engineering tradeoffs in emerging markets

- Fluency in any Southeast Asian language is a huge advantage
