THE ROLE
Matterport is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager who will lead the global sales operations team and sales processes across all regions. The Senior Sales Operations Manager will establish and advance sales processes, sales program implementation, compensation design and administration in order to enable sales velocity. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, and HR.
To be successful in this role, you must be excellent at cross-functional leadership, be able to inspire and collaborate with all levels of an organization, and have very strong business and technical analytical skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high potential sales operations leader to make a huge impact on Matterport during a key growth phase. Must be self-sufficient, confident, and able to communicate at all levels - including standing up for their work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Manage global sales operations including sales forecasting, territory assignments, commissions, and quota settings for all regions.
Own regular reporting of sales performance, sales processes and productivity drivers, leading actions and efficiency initiatives to improve sales velocity and win rates.
Conduct historical reviews of account performance, account segmentation and prioritization, and oversee win/loss analysis and other predictive analytics.
Establish highly repeatable (and scalable) sales processes, automation and reporting methodology that can be implemented across regions.
Set and ensure standards for Salesforce.com and integrated system data quality (load, data hygiene, data integration).
Provide management and oversight of cross-functional initiatives related to sales operations such as quota setting, systems integration and vendor management, and operations planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
7+ years of experience in Sales Operations
3+ years of experience having directly managed Salesforce.com and surrounding business processes such as forecasting, territory management, quota setting, and data management
2+ years of people management experience
Strong understanding of hyper-growth cycles and D2C sales concepts; consumer segmentation, consumption economics, and cohort analysis
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and can balance setting strategic priorities with high-quality, tactical execution
A high threshold for navigating ambiguity and building effective solutions that scale
Technical depth with Salesforce.com, having owned the configuration and administration of the system
Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar.
Experience with Groove, Pardot, or similar marketing automation platform such as Eloqua, Marketo, or Hubspot
