Job Description

1. Manage several teams of development under development center.
2. Recruit, train, mentor and scale the team.
3. Manage and oversee the design and development of software applications
4. Advocate for and track the progress on technology and tool changes that enable a better product to be released sooner.
5. Set and monitor expectations and metrics on software quality.
6. Engage in Performance Evaluation, leadership meetings and Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day Performance of their jobs.
7. Coordinate any collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve goals.

Requirement

1. More than 7 years’ experience as Software Manager or Lead Software Engineer
2. Deep understanding of the agile method, software development Life Cycle and cloud platform
3. Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
4. Strong problem-solving skill on technical aspect
5. Fluent English to communicate with stakeholders
6. Willing to learn & adapt to different technologies
7. In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Dart, PHP is a plus
8. In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture using AWS and GCP is a plus
