About the role:
Partnerships are critical at Aircall. Most customers use several integrations, customer happiness is largely driven up by integration usage, and we work with partners to source more than a third of new revenue in North America.
We’re looking for a Partner Account Manager to take over some of Aircall’s most exciting partnerships in the Sales (CRM, conversation analytics) and Messaging (chat, SMS) verticals. Some of the partners you’ll be working with include Intercom, Gong, Lemlist, Freshworks and many others, and you will be part of the fastest growing customer acquisition engine at Aircall!
In this role, you will own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue for your portfolio, engage with partners at all levels of the organization, and lead a variety of partners initiatives supporting our Sales, Success, Marketing, and Product teams. This role can be based in New York City or remotely, and reports into the Director of Partnerships, North America.
What you'll do:
Own the overarching partnerships strategy for our Sales and Messaging partners
Coordinate internally with a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure partners and their customers have a remarkable experience with Aircall
Collaborate closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure prospects and customers working with Aircall and our partners achieve their integration business objectives
Co-ordinate with the Marketing team on the partner marketing strategy across demand generation, field initiatives, and product marketing.
Support the Ecosystem product and technology teams and collaborate on product roadmap and improvements
