iSearch Indonesia looking a great Tech Talent for our client in Health-Tech Asia Industry with

responsibilities :

• Build, develop and guide high-performing talent for this vertical. Define a long-term talent strategy cutting across technology. Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for engineers who report to you.
• Prior experience with scalable Architecture managing team of minimum 5 engineers and coaching, mentoring while maintaining a role with code development
• Help define Technical Roadmap and own the entire product delivery end to end.
• Work very closely with various business stakeholders to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologies.  
• Improve, optimize and identify opportunities for efficient software development processes.
• Proficiency in Web front-end framework and strong knowledge of software development processes and design methodologies.
• App development experience, as well as experience building out the relevant API / microservice architecture.
• Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications:

• An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech/MS/ in any stream – Computer Science preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience with the following skills :     
  • Hands-on in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Angular or React development track record
  • A good understanding of CS Fundamentals, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem Solving
  • Understand the product and project management space with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience across the product development SDLC
