    As our M&A People & Culture Partner at Compass, you will work side by side with business teams to ensure our people and business objectives are aligned. This position will serve as a consultant to corporate development and business leadership on end to end M&A deal review - ensuring all people related processes and strategy is reviewed, aligned, and executed with experience at the forefront. This leader will champion our values and ensure successful integration of new employees into Compass.

    At Compass You Will:

    • Collaborate with People & Culture, Corporate Development, and other cross-functional partners to define and evolve our HR M&A process, including integration of compensation and benefit programs, HR systems, total rewards, and more.
    • Help onboard and assimilate teams into their first year at Compass to ensure effective engagement & retention and reduce impact to the business.
    • Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues in partnership with cross-functional teams like Corporate Development, Finance, IT, and others.
    • Troubleshoot M&A-related People & Culture issues and support the unique needs of acquired employees and management throughout their first year as they transition to new culture, tools, programs, and processes.
    • Partner with your clients and specialists in People & Culture to run all key people processes (performance management, compensation, training & development programs, etc). Be a strategic and trusted advisor to the business that you support, a key part of the business leadership team.
    • Make the outstanding leaders you support even better every day through guidance and coaching.
    • Ensure a happy workforce, free to focus on what they do best, through providing any needed People & Culture support to your group, such as swift and effective resolutions to questions and issues.
    • Build compliance into all we do, including maintaining in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, and reducing legal risks.
    • Help drive and embed diversity practices into all that we do.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Minimum 8+ years of People/HR experience, M&A experience preferred
    • Strong project management and change management experience
    • Ability to quickly learn new subjects and absorb information and methodologies in a rapidly-changing environment.
