As a Lead Frontend Developer, you will:

• Lead a team of developers on current web project
• Determining the structure and design of web pages
• Collaborate with back-end developers & mobile app developers to improve usability 
• Write functional requirement documents and guides
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability

Here are the eligibility requirements:

• Experience in MERN Stack and other modern framework such as AngularJS, ReactJS, NodeJ
• Exposure to git, jenkins, performance/analytics tools for web application
• Familiarity with debugging and performance tuning along with a good understanding of deploying, maintaining and monitoring complex web applications
• Experience in leading a team of developers is a plus
• Ability to deep dive into the technical details, but never be out of touch with business requirement
• Strong teamwork, co-ordination and planning, self-driven, and ability to work at pace in a dynamic organisation.
• Proficient skills with tools used in software development lifecycle, such as Git, Gradle, Maven, TeamCity, JIRA and other CI/CD tools

The following would be helpful but are not required:

• Knowledge of video space and technologies (i/b/p frames, h264, rtmp, ffmpeg)
• Experience with AVFoundation, AVKit
• Experience with Continuous Integration
• Startup/entrepreneurial experience
