About The Job

• Work Under marketing team  in driving and optimizing digital performance marketing campaigns to meet objective of customer acquisitions ,measure success and scale growth
• Taking ownership in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns with strong growth mindsets, ROI rationales and performance tracking metrics
• Hypothesize, prioritize and test innovative growth strategies related to market intelligence, such as competitive analysis, consumer researches, consumer analysis, campaign evaluations, etc.
• Provide insights to marketing on cost to acquire users

About the Person

• At least 3 years work experience in the marketing field. 
• With strong analytical skills, data-driven and strategic mindset 
• Self driven , Intiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Creactive in helping business acquire and retain customer 
• Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken)
