    Minimum qualifications 

    • Minimum 5 years experience in related fields
    • Having knowledge in managing talents
    • Can-do attitude, excellence communication
    • Fluency in English is a must
    • Experience in managing team
    • Creative and analytical thinking are needed for this position

    Preferred qualifications 

    • Passion and expertise in the gaming or entertainment industry
    • Exceptional solving and critical thinking, strong networking aptitude

    Responsibilities 

    • Assessing the talent to prospective clients
    • Arranging performances or public events on behalf of clients
    • Creating and implementing advertising strategies
    • Liaise with the finance department to create budgeting of the division
    • Establishing professional relationships with people and organizations
    • Will be the key point between Talent Division and other internal divisions in the company
    • The duties also include liaising with Business Development Division to make sure the effectiveness of our talents

    A Head of Talent has the responsibility of managing talents, developing and improving their performance by making certain strategies and methods. This position has an important role in advancing the business in the field of talent management.
