    We are hiring a Head of Operations to lead efforts to scale up our business. You will work with multiple departments to ensure coordination in the effort to reach the organization’s goals. As Head of Operations, you are expected to proactively suggest ways to improve our current process by eliminating bottlenecks, overseeing projects to completion. You’ll lead the business function such as Customer Service, Business Intelligence, Listing Management, etc, and provide conceptual and practical guidance to figureheads across the organization and do this with down-to-earth and hands-on leadership. You will develop others by providing high-impact performance feedback based on our core values, and communicating goals to support Company visions and missions.

    What a day at work for you will look like;

    • You will implement strategic change to increase quality, productivity and achieve high customer satisfaction
    • You will project manage cross-functional initiatives, and coordinate with leaders across multiple business units to ensure that these operate smoothly and are on track to meeting the company's targets
    • You will assess our current business process, information flow, and procedures, proposing process improvement to ensure that objectives are met
    • You will maximize usage of and data contained in our Zendesk and Salesforce to increase performance
    • You will be the focal person in crafting business processes to tap into new business opportunities

    • Pace and Variety of Activities: a sense of urgency for goal achievement with varied activities and multiple, simultaneous projects. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment  
    • 7-15 years of work experience, in managing operations, preferably within a fast-paced environment
    • Experience having scaled operations from a 100 to 1000 employee company is preferred, zero to one will still be beneficial
    • You have a degree from a top local or foreign university
    • Strong understanding of (sales) CRM tools and processes
    • Expertise in Zendesk and Salesforce tools is preferred, not a strict requirement
    • SQL expertise is preferred, not a strict requirement
    • Well organized & structured working style with very high attention to detail
    • Experience building relationships at all levels of an organization with a proven track record of influencing without ownership
    • Good command in English, non-Indonesian applicants are encouraged to apply
