Minimum Qualifications

• Having min. 3 - 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager in Streaming field, preferably in Agency or Startup company
• Experienced in leading a team
• Agile, organized and has a huge sense of ownership
• Great stakeholder management and attention to details
• Preferred Skills: Google Suite, Microsoft Excel
• Can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Good in communication skills, both verbal and writing 
• Aggressive, persuasive, and proactive in prospecting new talent
• Mature, target-oriented, self-motivated, hardworking, and work well under pressure 
• Ability to network and maintain professional relationships

Responsibilities

• Manage tasks assigned from client / client service (external project)
• Point of contact to liaise between all division (talent, content, account, event, merchandise)
• Documentation, SOPs for each specific project
• Help to develop and execute project plans to ensure that project objectives are met on-time and within desired quality
• Identify issues and possible risks to project goals and deadlines and coordinate for solutions
• Will be responsible for the entire timelines of each project
• Create accountability among project team members to drive on time delivery of project tasks and deliverables
• Proactively anticipate risks, opportunities, milestones and deliverables to manage and implement projects
• Help to ensure that all required controls for project are met and reviewed with project team; create efficiencies in the work process
• Handle multiple projects and work within tight schedules
• Support business case development when necessary
• Ideating, planning & executing event
• Track the progress of each project
• Project documentation and budget reporting
   

About the role

An Operations Manager is responsible for all of the logistics that go into planning and hosting an event. They are responsible for ensuring that every single guest has a great time. A few of the main duties of an event manager are creating a theme for the event, tracking all of the costs of the event, ensuring the right staff are there for the event, and proposing a final budget for the event. They also have to report the success of the event to management.
