    About the role:
    We are looking for a rock star to join our customer success & sales team and help convert leads into engaged customers. 

    • Contact leads that are dropping off, engage them, and push them through the onboarding process
    • Contact new customers to explain the verification process, and if needed answer general questions on how the product works and show them the benefits
    • Handle escalated inbound queries from customers and provide technical and product support via multiple channels (email, chat, WhatsApp, phone)

    *What will you need? *

    • Min. 3 year experience in a customer facing role
    • Loving it to talk, help, and convince customers
    • Proven track record & experience in operations or sales
    • Positive get-it-done attitude and proud to contribute to the success of a fast growing startup
    • Great communication skills
