    【About the Role】

    The Ecommerce Merchandising Specialist will support the DTC team to optimize the customer experience from the moment the customer lands on PG owned websites all the way through conversion as well as post-purchase experience. The focal point of this role is to develop and execute on online merchandising strategies to create a best-in-class online shopping experience in alignment with overall business needs.

    【Your Team】

    This position will report directly to the Ecommerce Merchandising & Operations Manager.


    【What You Will Do】

    • Own the development of site merchandising strategies and their day-to-day execution.
    • Identify and execute upon opportunities for optimization of site search, product data, product sorting, filters/facets, product recommendations, up-sells/cross-sells, product taxonomy, and content strategies.
    • Utilize data-driven analysis, establish KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional partners to inform decision-making processes and performance reporting.
    • Work closely with the ecommerce team on ensuring the successful coordination and launch of new and refreshed products.
    • Manage the merchandising calendar to accurately schedule website content and organize support for digital marketing efforts.
    • Monitor product category performance to identify areas requiring attention.
    • Collaborate with internal/external partners to ensure that website content is optimized for search engines.
    • Work with the Digital Marketing team to improve the customer's shopping and post-purchase experience on PositiveGrid.com and any other relevant channels.
    • Track changes in product assortment and ensure changes are reflected during site preparations.
    • Perform quality assurance to ensure accuracy of product data and promotional content on a daily basis, as well as taking responsibility for correcting and facilitating any fixes.
    • Proactively escalate any website issues and assist in logging/scoping out JIRA tickets.
    • Maintain knowledge of current web merchandising solutions and strategies.
    • Provide administrative support for the ecommerce team as needed.


    【What You Need】

    • Degree in marketing, communications, business or related course of study.
    • 3+ years of experience in an ecommerce role (merchandising, operations, or marketing).
    • Experience in ecommerce platforms (Big Commerce, Shopify, Salesforce, Magento).
    • Strong attention to detail in site merchandising and performing site QA.
    • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; able to organize, multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
    • Demonstrates strong logical, quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a cross-functional team.
    • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Photoshop and other design or web development tools is beneficial.
    • Must have strong Excel skills (Vlookups, nested IF functions, PivotTables, data wrangling).
    • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Photoshop and other design or web development tools is beneficial.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Experience working and communicating with international teams.
