Job Description

• Design and build smooth, stable, beautiful product for Android for various interfaces including phones and tablets
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of application
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs
• Maintain code quality, organization and automation
• Implement design exports as directed
• Collaborating with a team of engineers, designers and key individuals across the company to provide the most empowering user experience possible
• Utilize good technical practices such as automated unit testing, code reviews, re-factoring, continuous integration, test automation, and source code control
• Participate in Agile working practices such as daily scrum meetings, sprint planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives

Requirements

• S1 degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• 1+ years Android development experience with Android Studio/Eclipse/IntelliJ
• Strong knowledge of database and design experience
• Experience with Kit Kat (4.4) development a plus, 4.3 required
• Experience with the Android UI Layout, Database, Multi-Threaded, and Android Framework
• Strong knowledge of MVC design patterns, OOP and development best practices
• Experience integrating server side components with mobile and web front ends using APIs or frameworks
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Experience working within small and medium sized teams in an Agile/SCRUM environment is required. Having experience in Jira/Asana/Trello is big plus
• Experience as the main contributor in building and publishing successful Android products to the Google Play Store is big plus
