Job Description
Culture Amp is elevating our Revenue Enablement function and we're looking for someone to help make it awesome! While our enablement function is in the early stages, our sales department is large, multinational and growing.That means we’re looking for someone with experience to help us quickly catch up with our company’s needs - including helping building out an onboarding program to support a rapidly growing sales team with a focus on ensuring new team members ramp quickly and effectively.
The role will be a flex player on the team, we have lots of high impact projects to tackle, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable doing a little bit of everything! Some of those projects might be building content, supporting the onboarding program, partnering with sales managers and organizing our sales content in our knowledge management tool . This role will sometimes include facilitating, creating new training materials, creating a certification program, providing coaching new sellers on early calls, and participating in cross functional project teams, the list goes on! This is a vital role for both the enablement and sales team and we are excited to bring someone on board who loves to build something from the ground up and roll up your sleeve and get creative with our programs.
As part of this team of amazing humans, y*ou will*
- Rethink our sales content management strategy and governance for all customer-facing sales assets and sales tools
- Understand our sales teams experience and create courses and collateral to support our growing team encompassing world class blended learning approach
- Develop enablement materials for each role within the sales department to support learning effectiveness
- Teach or lead interactive sessions that help achieve our sales teams goals
- Partner with the Director of Revenue Enablement on special projects and enablement programs as needed
- Work closely with sales managers to support their teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years where you met or exceeded quota/targets in a Sales role at a fast-growing SaaS company
- Experience creating enablement or training content for team members or new joiners including presentations, decks, and videos
- An eye for detail and history of organization and creating structure
- Very strong written and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal + relationship building skills
- Strong understanding of the different sales roles within the HR Tech space
- Experience working in unstructured environments
- Ability to effectively deliver content a plus
- Experience working at a company that sells into HR a plus
- Ability to show past work that is creative and fun (so that the sales team was engaged and enjoyed learning) a plus
