    Job description

    YOUR MISSION

    • Define target markets and clients, related strategy and action plan for short, mid and long term goals
    • You are responsible for the entire sales funnel: from outbound lead generation (together with the marketing team), processing of inbound leads (from marketing activities), conducting product demos to contract closure
    • You take care of the clean handover of acquired customers to the Customer Success Team
    • You work closely with the product and sales teams and feed all customer feedback back into product development
    • You are jointly responsible for the further development of processes in the sales department. With your creative ideas we improve the product and the sales processes together
    • Maintain the CRM database and accurate forecasting of the business in charge
    • Work closely and support co-founder & CEO to build the sales & BD team in a growing start-up

    YOUR PROFILE

    • Ideally 3+ years of professional experience in B2B software sales (SaaS) or a comparable field
    • Leadership experience in sales and track record of setting up sales structures
    • You have a very good understanding of software applications and CRM systems (eg. Hubspot)
    • You inspire with excellent communication and have a strong drive to action
    • You are technically affine, number-driven, results-oriented, structured, proactive and you have an eye for details
    • You have very good language skills in German and English
