Product Designer - Coursedog｜Meet.jobs

We are looking for someone we can count on to:

Own:

• Identify & Lead our approach to a user friendly, extendable design system
• Craft the Coursedog approach to UX
• Apply that design system to our entire product suite
• Investigate customer pain points that lower our NPS scores
• Identify & Execute plans of attack to target these pain points
• Make informed, data-driven recommendations

Collaborate:

• Work with our Product and Engineering teams to support feature development for complex/new building blocks - particularly cross application fundamentals
• Collaborate with our Customer Success team and Clients to drive product growth
• Interact with engineering to turn the design system into working components

Learn:

• Develop deep product knowledge
• Empathize with the problems facing our customers

About you:

• 3+ year experience in Product Design Skills
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in product design for SaaS is preferred
• Prior experience designing for the enterprise is preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed
