What are regional leaders doing?
Our regional leaders are responsible for the general direction of their territories and are the main interlocutors in the implementation of change within their territories. As part of these responsibilities, regional decision makers are asked to provide a realistic view of the areas that affect our customer service and how our colleagues are developing. They must be motivated and progressive in their actions and commitments. They are responsible for understanding, evaluating and respecting the organization, regional policies and expectations of the company.
Basic tasks and functions include not only:
Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity and profit targets for the region and deliver a legendary customer experience
An employer is an employer
Plan, identify, communicate and delegate key practices to the business and service management teams to ensure good functioning in this area
Facilitate the implementation of business plans and initiatives by encouraging and supporting regional management teams to develop and implement action plans that meet operational and organizational objectives
Environmental and key operational indicators in the region are reviewed to identify issues, concerns and opportunities for improvement in order to provide guidance to the operations and service management teams for action and achievement of operational objectives
It supports and supervises the operational, sales and management functions of the Office
What do you need?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
At least 5 to 7 years as regional Director or equivalent
Background in management, marketing, training, relationship development and/or good customer experience with attention to detail
Analyze financial relationships in a complex and rapid environment
