Talent Management for Facebook Gaming in Taiwan - Maingames｜Meet.jobs

We are recruiting a Talent Management to work with gaming creators in Taiwan for creating exclusive content on Facebook Gaming.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with gaming content creators in Taiwan to create exclusive content for Facebook Gaming
• Provide guidance, insights, and training to these content creators
• Keep creators updated with games trends, new features, Facebook policies and rules & regulations, etc.
• Build and maintain a good relationship with content creators and serve as the point of contact with game streamers to Facebook Gaming
• Escalate streamers feedback and issue to technical team
• Manage online and offline community events for streamers
• Collaborate with a cross Asia Pacific team

Job Requirements

• Professional experience with video content creation on Youtube or Facebook, direct experience managing Creators or Youtube talent are strongly preferred
• Bachelor degree in any field, minimum GPA 3.3
• Preferable have work experience minimum 2 years in Game industry or Game company
• Passionate about gaming, and active in either console, PC or mobile games, and familiarity with game live stream such as PUBG Mobile, Mobile legends, Call of Duty, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English
• Comfortable in a multi-lingual, multicultural-Asian work environment
• Able to multitask, self-motivated and work remotely with minimal supervision
• People oriented and good manage of people
