About the Company

 

Our client is a boutique investment bank focused on the new economy and upgrading of traditional industries in China and Southeast Asia. With professional teams in China, Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam, they provide services for capital raising, M&A and investment management. They have a core focus on the TMT, consumer and healthcare sectors, and have accumulated rich experiences in vertical sectors such as e-commerce, fintech, enterprise service, education, artificial intelligence, logistics & supply chain, and MedTech.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Lead or participate actively in fundraising and M&A deals from start to closing

Conducting TMT/Consumer industry and company research and analysis

Preparation of materials for internal and external meetings (e.g. pitchbooks, presentation materials, teasers, etc.)

Developing financial models, valuation (e.g. DCF, sensitivity analysis, comparable), and due diligence work

Developing existing business relationships and building new meaningful ones

Requirements:

 

Bachelors Degree from 100 top global univerdities, MBA is a plus

Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, incubator
