We are the innovation lab of Grimme Group, market leader for potato and vegetable farming equipment. We are located in the beautiful and international City of Düsseldorf, Germany.

 

Our core focus is building a harvesting robot for root crops (farmlab.one) as well as supporting our mother company Grimme (grimme.com) on its journey towards offering more digital services and solutions. We offer a dev culture with tech demos, learning sessions and we work with the latest JavaScript Libraries as well as AWS and Azure.

 

We are looking for a new team member (ON-SITE) for our office in Düsseldorf, Germany:

 

Your Role:

 

Write front- and backend code in React and Node (possibly also Python)

 

Define and implement product architectures for our products and services

 

Align with project management and design team to derive necessary specifications

 

Your Profile:

 

Bachelor or Master in Computer Science

 

Experience with React.JS (Vue)and Node.JS

 

possibly skilled in Python and React Native

 

Skilled with writing APIs, setting up databases and hosting on AWS

 

Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, Postgres

 

Familiarity with GIT, JIRA and ideally CI tools such as Jenkins

 

Some exposure to test driven development , docker and Terraform is a plus
