Ninja Van is on a mission to dominate last-mile delivery for eCommerce in South East Asia. We are one of the fastest growing startups in the region - founded in mid-2014, we have won over 3,000 merchants and delivering 15,000 parcels a day in four countries. In April 2016, barely 2 years old, we raised USD30 million to fund our rapid expansion. 

The New Business Unit (NBU) team is one of the most exciting and enterprising teams at Ninja Van. Building on Ninja Van’s existing capabilities, we experiment with new businesses to develop innovative products and services that enhance our core business, and serve our clients, partners and end customers better.

Roles and Responsibility

• Run, troubleshoot and manage daily operations for one of our new business units
• Identify and implement improvements to operations processes to achieve scale
• Organise and coordinate projects with our partners to ensure seamless execution
• Assist in business development efforts to build strategic partnerships

Requirements

• Native citizen or permanent resident
• University graduate with 1 - 2 years of operations experience (or equivalent)
• Good command of English and native language(s)
• Possesses a strong work ethic - committed and resourceful problem solver with a keen attention to detail and adopts a hands on approach to work
• Quick learner - adaptable to a fast paced working environment
• Good communicator - connect well with people and communicate ideas clearly
