Medical Departures Customer Care Representative - Thailand

Job Description

Medical Departures Inc. is the world leader in finding and booking a global doctors with 4500+ dentists in 29 different countries.

Medical Departure customer care agents are responsible for liaising between global dental/medical providers and an international dental/medical patients base to facilitate and coordinate dental/medical travel via Medical Departure websites www.medicaldepartures.com &  www.dentaldepartures.com. Work duties to be carried out remotely in coordinator's home office. Patient coordinators are available via phone and email to assist Medical Departure patients with every aspect of planning and coordinating their dental/medical travel.

Responsibilities:

  1. Direct phone sales to patients from multiple countries

  2. Phone coordination between dental/medical providers and patients

  3. Maintenance of a proper sales funnel for all assigned patient leads

  4. Weekly tracking and monitoring of sales funnel, conversions, and projections

  5. Maintenance and upgrading of travel documents

  6. Check and re-confirm every clients booking via our booking system and resolve failed bookings

  7. Respond via email and phone call to inquiries from clients and providers

  8. Proactively identify systemic issues that need to be resolved to prevent future customer concerns

  9. Be Company Representative face to face with clients and providers upon requirement.

  10. Ensure clients preferences and requests are recorded in our system.

  11. Coordinate with other departments (Sales managers, Marketing department);

  12. Record details of inquiries, comments and complaint.

Job Requirements:

  • High level of technical savvy & ability to learn new programs/systems

  • Excellent phone skills, Good personalities.

  • Travel savvy; must have international travel experience

  • Prior sales experience

  • Prior customer service or hospitality experience

  • Experience tracking/maintaining a sales funnel & use or CRM/CMS systems

  • Service minded

  • Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment

  • Prompt and ready to service clients at airport, hotels, hospitals/clinics

  • Experience working with clientele of diverse ages backgrounds, experience with elderly clients a plus

  • Weekend availability when required

  • Excellent overall communication skills

  • Ability to handle high volume of email and phone traffic (leads & prospects)

  • A plus-Technical familiarity & knowledge of dental/medical procedures & terminology

  • A plus- Experience with medical, hospital field.

Salary:
