Chatbot Trainer - AiChat｜Meet.jobs

We are looking for an A.I Chatbot Trainer to work on building and optimizing virtual assistant technology and work with leading brands like Bayer, TESCO, MR D.I.Y, Petron, Marina Bay Sands, Kia Motors, Novo Nordisk and more across APAC region. We need your help in training our chatbot natural language models and performing quality review of conversations between end-users and our products. 

Responsibilities:

• Review questions from end-users and assist in the categorization of these questions and topics

• Perform quality review of content, questions, and automatic answers

• Utilize data-mining methods in order to identify opportunities for improvement in our chatbot knowledge-base (on-site training provided)

• Test our AI software and provide feedback to Operations, Product, and Solutions

Requirements:

• Excellent comprehension skills and highly organized

• High attention to detail with an analytical mindset

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (and 1 other native language preferred)

• Inquisitive with strong problem solving skills

• Collaborative team member with a positive attitude

• Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) / technical acumen

• Fresh grads welcome!

Bonus Points:

• Information Architecture/ UI/ UX

• User Journey or Conversational Flow design

• Experience with a variety of linguistic and/or ontological representations

• Customer Service / Customer Support experience

• Exposure to / understanding of NLP and Machine Learning technologies

• General interest in social media, storytelling, new technology
