Overview

At Project X, we are working on a NFT platform (think Kickstarter + OpenSea for content creators on Solana). We are based in Singapore, operate remotely, hiring across similar time zones. We are excited about working with content creators putting their work on-chain.Please read our company's Wiki to get a sense of how we work.

Process

1. Coding challenge, asynchronous, 3-8 hours
2. 20 mins Zoom call, where we will answer any questions you have, talk about specific compensation for the role and what you are excited about
3. Trial period, paid, 2-4 weeks, you will be invited to our internal channels (we will schedule this to your available commitment).

Once we feel confident that are is a fit, we will formalize a contract and you can get onboarded officially.

What you will be doing

• Build secure smart contract protocols and backend services to connect Project X users within the Solana crypto ecosystem
• Drive the standardization in crypto protocols by designing and defining interfaces
• Mentor and train other team members on smart contract best practices

What we look for in you

• Experience with Solana/Rust/Anchor and smart contract development
• 3+ year Experience with backend development
• Experience with blockchain and crypto (mainly Solana, then DeFi etc)
• Hands-on coding ability
• Interest and passion for contributing to the crypto ecosystem
• Interest and passion for building secure, robust, scalable infrastructure

Nice to haves

• Experience using Google Cloud and Firebase
• Experience with React + Web3.js

Details

• Tech stack: Rust + Solana / Anchor + Web3.js, you will be creating Solana smart contracts
• Rate: VND 66,000,000 + VND $16,000,000 / mo if considered senior
• 3-4 years of experience is recommended, but not required, the most important part is able to demonstrate past in-production work
