JOB DESCRIPTION
Based on one of our key customer sites of the Education sector with 2,600 students and 350 faculty and staff, your main task will be to assist the Chief Manager in managing the following tasks:
* Manage the daily production of meals and kitchen operations Plan the commands required for production
* Organize the deployment of the team
* Organize the production and service for certain events
Ensure:
* Consumer satisfaction
* The production and food quality
* Income and profitability of the site by helping to control costs
* Food security
* Respect for Sodexo standards of hygiene and safety at work, in conjunction with the local regulations
* The Sodexo values team spirit and service on the site
* Manage the team and advance
* Advise the Chief Manager in creating daily menus as well as special menus for special occasions
* Submit administrative and accounting reports
* Manage all other inquiries related to the position from the client or management Sodexo
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience as a sous chef in French cuisines will be an added advantage
* Large-scale production experience being a plus
* Knowledge of the required HACCP
* Strong skills as a cook and familiarity with culinary trends
* Communication skills, organization and management of teams (abroad would be a plus)
