    The Company

    Responsibilities

    • Acquiring new enterprise resellers and clients in new markets and new territories from scratch
    • Training and leading the CoolWallet sales department by example to generate new leads and close deals
    • Negotiating to drive higher revenues (upsell), maintaining customer satisfaction, and fostering customer relationships
    • Tracking your personal and your team’s sales metrics and improving weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance
    • Help and supervise each team member to build sales pipelines and complete sales funnels
    • Collaborating with product managers, channel sales, strategic partner manager, and the marketing team to increase sales results
    • Ensure that the sales team is able to reach their target by providing them with training and direct support
    • Able to handle challenges and find solutions independently for the team
    • Achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with the organization‘s plans

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, markets, and territories
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Persuasive, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and self-directed
    • Minimum 2 years experience in leading a sales team
    • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people
    • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
    • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to closing
    • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team and is also a team player
    • Feeling comfortable dealing with clients and partners worldwide
    • Native English verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
    • Mandarin is a plus
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel
    • Driven by commissions and high earning potential
    • TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 20% - 30%
